INSTRUCTIONS
1. Drain pineapple and mandarin oranges and place in medium bowl.
2. Whisk together in large bowl: orange juice, cider vinegar, canola oil, sea salt and pepper
3. Add fruit and juices to dressing mixture along with salad greens, turkey, red onion, mint leaves and toasted pecans
4. toss to mix and coat
