INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat oil over medium heat, add onion and garlic - cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.
2. Add sauteed onion and garlic to slow cooker over high heat. Add in all other ingredients except tortillas and garnishes.
3. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or on low for 4-5 hours.
4. Prepare the tortilla crisps before serving.
5. Cut tortilla into 1/2" strips. Cook in saucepan with canola oil over medium/high heat.

1 tbsp. olive oil
3 c. low sodium chicken broth
1 8oz. can NV Tomato Sauce
1 14.5 can NV Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 4.5oz.can Old El Paso Green Chilies
1/4 c. chopped Cilantro
4 c. shredded chicken or rotisserie chicken
1 oz. pkg taco seasoning
1 can corn, drained and rinsed
2 c. canola oil
2 8" burrito size tortillas
1 tbsp. taco seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS
